At Ferrule Golf, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every custom ferrule we make. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind every product that leaves our shop.

Our Quality Promise

Every item is carefully inspected before it ships. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right — fast. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Fit and Finish Guarantee

Each of our ferrules is designed to meet precise fit standards for modern golf clubs. However, since club dimensions may vary by brand or model, we recommend professional installation. If your ferrules do not fit as expected due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace them at no additional cost.

Exclusions

Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, altered, or used. Normal wear and tear or minor color variations due to display differences are not covered under this guarantee.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
